Well just to keep Dunk happy this is a report for kitesurfing from last sunday onwards, hence the variation in wind stats, what can i say place to myself, apart from a few surfers and monster waves the biggest ive ever been in, not sure how you measure waves but when approaching the wave from the flats some of them where twice my size if not bigger..

i had at least 4hrs every day in the water, useing one kite and one board..the strike2 13m which i had on the new fifth line set up, pushes up wind further and the jumps you seem to hang there longer due to the leading edge being more forward and overhead.

on the fifth line it felt wierd at first and i could work out why...later on in the week it dawned on me that there is no bar pressure and i had to look now and again to see were the kite was, but soon got used to it..

the best part was carve turning off toe to heelside on the face of 12ft monsters down looping the kite and overtakeing it on the charge down the face, a quick flick though and the strike caught you back up..

awesome week but four days on and my bodys knackered epic
